MomentaTrade Transparency
MomentaTrade is a trading focus system that translates each ticker chart into one clear Range/Signal read. It is passive research software, not a broker. It is operated by MomentaTrade LLC and was created to reduce decision fatigue from fragmented, overcomplicated research workflows. Ryan Brown is the majority owner and product operator and specializes in simplifying overly complex businesses and concepts; his public profile is at https://www.linkedin.com/in/ryan-brown-5823b0209/. Michael Brown is a minority member. MomentaTrade operates remotely; public correspondence goes to support@momentatrade.com, and no owner's residential address is published as a business address. Massive supplies backend U.S. stock and ETF market data, and Federal Reserve Economic Data supplies macroeconomic series used in market-condition calculations. MomentaTrade owns the displayed formulas and interpretations. Technical Strength is a deterministic S&P 500-relative score: 70% StockCharts SCTR raw score, 10% 20-session Bollinger position, 12% price change scaled by up to 100 sessions of standard deviation, and 8% momentum growth. The SCTR component uses 30% price distance from the 200-session EMA, 30% 125-session return, 15% price distance from the 50-session EMA, 15% 20-session return, 5% PPO histogram slope, and 5% RSI14. Signal uses four plain outcomes. Active means the backend momentum conditions are aligned positively. Wait means no other state is complete or required inputs are unavailable. Exit is a short-lived warning after a prior Active state weakens. Avoid means the backend trend conditions align negatively. The lower-level Signal trigger formula remains private. MomentaTrade is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, AI prediction service, guaranteed signal service, or fundamental company-rating service. It does not give individualized recommendations, execute public-site trades, hold customer funds, or guarantee outcomes. Active is not a buy command, and Exit is a momentum warning rather than an order to sell. Daily Range and expandable daily charts provide supporting context. The public service does not request brokerage credentials, connect to customer trading capital, route orders, manage portfolios, or hold customer funds or securities. MomentaTrade account forms do not intentionally request government IDs, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, postal addresses, precise location, brokerage credentials, or payment-card data. Stripe separately handles hosted payment and billing details. Google Analytics measures public-site traffic with advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, Google Signals, and ad-personalization signals disabled. MomentaTrade does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Subscribers can cancel without contacting support by signing in, opening Account, selecting Cancel subscription, and confirming in Stripe. Contact support@momentatrade.com.
